Yona Adika is a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist who has been practicing since 2000. He received a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy. Yona has received formal training as a life coach from Leadership That Works. With over 15 years of experience as an certified health care professional, Yona specializes in pediatrics, applied neurology, assistive technology, ergonomics and health and wellness. 

 

Yona's passionate and centered approach is balanced with a study of holistic and spiritual paths including Kabbalah and Ayurveda as well as a love of cooking, theatre and martial arts.

Yona uses a unique holistic approach to coaching. He aims to establish a partnership with his clients to maximize his clients' potential through active listening, observation and asking empowering questions. He reflects what he sees and hears to help the client clarify feelings and values, leading to insight and action. Using the 5 pathways to alignment he helps his clients tap their inner wisdom to help overcome obstacles and generate compelling strategies and action plans. It is his job to provide the support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity of his clients. His holistic approach combines awareness of body, mind, soul and spirit with traditional coaching sills for deep, lasting transformation.
